Shipton Gorge Ramblers are a local group who explore the coastal and inland countryside of West Dorset. Our walks are not unduly strenuous and we enjoy the company of our fellow walkers as much as the wonderful scenery that is a feature of this part of the county. Visitors and walkers from outside Shipton Gorge are most welcome to join us.

Walks usually take place on the third Friday of each month. We meet at the telephone kiosk in Brook Street, Shipton Gorge at 10.00 a.m. unless otherwise stated below. We arrange shared lifts by car for walks starting away from the village. For further information, please contact Tim on 07710409930.
